This awareness campaign on Gender Mainstreaming into the construction industry is a project partnership between GIZ and Inter-Bau Foundation (IF).The awareness campaign is directed at informing secondary school students, member of various communities and Corp members about various careers in the construction industry and the need for them to consider a career in the construction field.
Over one thousand two hundred (1200) students from various schools were reached. The ‘Train the Trainer’ session was also successful with the schools’ counselors trained by our professional counselor.
