Research states that women are under-represented in senior leadership positions in the construction Industry by less than 10%.
In the foundation’s continuos bid to promote gender equality, diversity & Inclusion in the industries workforce, the Hub aims to increase the number of women within senior positions in Nigeria’s construction Industry by building their leadership capacity.
This also encourages employee retention
